Karen Hansen, former chief govt officer, has been named chairwoman of the board.
Steve Maahs, former president and chief working officer, has been named CEO.
Hansen and Maahs have led Alto-Shaam since 2006. The corporate was based by their father, Jerry Maahs in 1955.
