Dubbed the “Milwaukee Airport Rail Station Second Platform and Pedestrian Overpass Challenge,” the Wisconsin Division of Transportation (WisDOT) challenge entails including a west-side platform and a pedestrian overpass connecting the prevailing station to the brand new platform.
