Peggy Kelsey, government vp, common counsel and compliance officer for Milwaukee-based
WEC Power Group, has been named board chairperson of the
Higher Milwaukee Committee.
Kelsey, who has served on the GMC board since 2019, will function board chair by means of February 2025.
